Welcome to Oskana Biodynamics

Hello and welcome!  My name is Diana R Krpan and I'm excited to officially introduce myself and my new practice, Oskana Biodynamics, here in Regina, SK.

My journey into biodynamic craniosacral therapy began in 2020, when I started training with Body Intelligence.  What began as a personal search for deeper healing soon became a path of professional growth.  Over the course of nearly three years, I completed an intensive two-year training program, including case studies and more than 150 hands-on practice sessions with real clients.

Through that process, I discovered how profoundly this gently hands-on healing modality can support the body.  Unlike chiropractic or massage, biodynamic craniosacral therapy works with the body's natural rhythms in as subtle yet deeply holistic way.  For me, it offered a new layer of healing -- something both gentle and transformative -- and I knew that I wanted to share it with others.

By the Fall of 2023, I began preparing my home practice and quietly building through word of mouth.  Now, in September of 2025, I am proud to officially launch Oskana Biodynamics, recognized by the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association.  This marks the beginning of my third year of practicing as a certified biodynamic craniosacral therapist, and I couldn't be more excited to bring this work into our community.

Oskana Biodynamics is a part-time practice, with sessions available on Wednesdays and Saturdays.  My hope is to build awareness of this powerful yet gentle therapy here in Regina, and to create a welcoming space where people can experience healing in a new way.

Thank your for being here and for sharing in the beginning of this journey with me.  Over the coming months, I'll be posting more about what biodynamic craniosacral therapy is, how it works and who it may benefit.

If you are curious, I invite you to reach out, ask questions, or book a session.  I'd love to connect with you.

Warmly,

Diana R Krpan
